PR-FECT CASTSTEEL ENGINEERING & VALVES

HYDROGEN SERVICE VALVES

Hydrogen Service Valves are engineered specifically to handle the unique challenges posed by hydrogen gas, which is highly flammable, has a very low molecular weight, and can cause material degradation over time. These valves are constructed using materials that resist hydrogen embrittlement and leakage, such as high-grade stainless steel or nickel alloys. They are designed to operate under extreme pressures—often up to 700 bar—and must meet stringent safety standards to prevent fugitive emissions and ensure long-term reliability. Hydrogen service valves are used in hydrogen production, storage, transportation, and refueling systems, and they incorporate advanced sealing technologies to prevent leaks at joints and packings. Their robust design accounts for the high diffusivity and flammability of hydrogen, ensuring safe and efficient operation in energy, industrial, and mobility applications.

PR-FECT VALVES manufactures HYDROGEN SERVICE VALVES in a wide range of sizes, materials, and pressure ratings, ensuring compatibility with diverse industrial applications and offering advanced technical features such as precision-machined gates and corrosion-resistant coatings for enhanced performance and durability.
